Shall not be deemed or construed to require the payment of a license fee unless there are more than four such units or any combination thereof rented by the owner or landlord.
Occupancy Tax
Each transient is subject to and shall pay a tax as established by city council resolution based on a percentage of the rent charged by the operator.
